Focus on all the good things in your life and do no measure your success based on other peoples lives.

I challenge you to forgive and let go of the things that stress and make you sad.

You should not dwell in the past ,but focus on the now.

Today you are alive and the positive changes you make today will yield you prosperity tomorrow.

You are precious do not let negativity, doubt, hate, regret, hurt, failure, sadness, frustration, pain, bad relationships, or

anything that does not bring you joy live in you for free.

You are precious real-estate!

There is only one of you and you only have one life to live!

Value yourself!

“You are worth it”!

If you take anything away from my blog please take that” you are worth it”.

“YOU ARE WORTH IT”, “YOU ARE WORTH IT” I know you are!

Most of us can’t or simply we do not want to process our  feelings.

We tend to feel inadequate, less than, failures, under achievers, less fortunate, self loathing, low self esteem or a negative image of ourselves.

All of those things are just thoughts in our head we choose to believe.

Ideas we choose to make true in our lives.

Those are words we give power too.

I challenge to have an opened mind and think of yourself as a business.

You are a building in New York City.

Those negative thoughts we harbor in our minds and heart live on the Penthouse floor and on the Street level.

The two best floors in your building are being occupied by non paying customers.

The penthouse floor is occupied by tenants you are paying for.

To be clear you are allowing people to live for free and not pay the 62,000 a month rent plus expenses.

You pay the rent, taxes, fees, doorman, electricity , water, cable, internet, alarm, window washing, cleaning service, and anything else need to live in luxury,

Then you have the street level which is store front that rents for over 30,000 a month per space and you have multiple.

Do the math!

You have an awesome building with strangers

Can you have a successful business having tenants that don’t pay?

Can you afford to keep paying these tenant bills to live in your building for free?

Do not accept non paying tenants in your life!

No one lives for free!

Tell negativity it is not welcomed in your life!

Evict all the negative programing from your life.

If you let negativity live with you it will bankrupt you!

Moving forward you only want tenants that are going to pay you top dollar per square feet.

Tenants that give you a security deposit first and last months and pay early or on time.

You can only be worth what you charge and get paid for.

Today you clean house!

Today you choose to value yourself because you are truly priceless.

Release and forgive, release and forgive anyone or anything that made you feel less than!

Dare to be different today than you were yesterday.

You have nothing to loose and all to gain the choice is yours.

Choose to be a profitable today and always.
